COVID-19 UPDATE

There is nothing more important to us than the health and safety of everyone in the Cape Diablo Community -- our customers, our team, and our artisans. Due to the ever-changing situation surrounding COVID-19, we are experiencing a temporary delay in processing all orders with our US fulfillment center. 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Express Shipping (US) - Please allow 3-8 business days.

Free Shipping - Please allow 12-25 business days (average) for the items to arrive in the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada.

Due to the current situation with lockdown in the US, orders are taking an additional 7-10 working days to process. We are working hard to get all your orders sent out as quickly as possible and we're sorry it's taking a little longer than usual.

DO YOU DELIVER PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?

Cape Diablo ships products worldwide every day. Shipping is available for most countries around the world.   

HOW CAN I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Tracking information is available within 5-10 days. Tracking details will be supplied once the orders have been shipped. If at checkout you allow receiving Facebook Messenger messages from us, you will get a message with your tracking number. Otherwise, you will get an email shipping confirmation with the tracking number. If you did not receive any message from us, please contact our support team at contact us page or leave a message on the online chat. 

HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Cape Diablo adheres to highest industry standards in order to protect your personal information with the best security solutions. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments safely.  

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order.

PROCESSING TIMES

The order processing time might take up to 5 days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you.   

DELAYS

In rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.  

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse’s locations. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :)
